Everyone thinks it’s impossible to find cash-flowing rental properties in today’s housing market, but this is NOT the truth. We’re going to show you three real rental property deals we’re buying in 2025. All of these are being purchased in 2025—these are NOT cheap deals from 2020 with 3% - 4% interest rates.
