Real quick, guys, you guys already know that I don't run any ads on this and I don't sell anything.

0:04.5

And so the only ask that I can ever have are you guys that you help me spread the words we can

0:08.0

not more entrepreneurs, make more money, feed their families, make better products, and have better

0:12.8

experiences for their employees and customers. And the only way we do that is if you can rate and

0:17.3

review and share this podcast. So the single thing that I have to do is you can just leave a review,

0:21.9

but take you 10 seconds or one type of the thumb, it would mean the absolute world to me, and more

0:25.5

importantly, it may change the world of someone else. Because the product you have is not good enough,

0:30.4

and it's really hard to confront. Welcome to the game where we talk about how to get more customers,

0:34.4

how to make more progress, how to keep them longer, and the many failures and lessons we have learned

0:38.3

along the way. I hope you enjoy and subscribe.

like we do now, has been a simple understanding that I'm going to try and hit at a couple different

0:56.4

ways. And hopefully you'll be able to shift your perspective in terms of how you see product and

1:01.3

delivery. And so right now, if you're not making the amount of money that you want to make, it's because

1:06.4

the product you have is not good enough. And it's really hard to confront that fact, but if you

1:10.0

really do and sit here, I can't tell you the amount of times I talk to entrepreneurs and they're like,

1:13.8

man, if I just had more people, if more people would just find out about my product, then all my

1:18.0

problems would be solved. But the reality is that if you have any amount of customers, then people

1:21.9

already have found out about your product. And for one reason or another, they have chosen not to

1:26.0

tell anyone else about it. And you have to sit with that for a second. You have to realize that

1:30.4

like people have found out about your product and they're not referring people. And you have to ask why?
