The jury in former President Donald Trump's criminal hush money trial is deliberating for a second straight day. Per the jury's request,

they were read back key witness testimony from Trump's former fixer and personal attorney

Michael Cohen and former National Inquirer publisher David Pecker, as well as portions of the judge's instructions on the law.

They're determining whether Trump is guilty of 34 felony charges of falsifying business records.

Prosecutors allege Trump intentionally falsified documents to cover up his reimbursement to Cohen for paying adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election to keep quiet about their alleged affair a decade earlier.

They say Trump concealed the repayment

under the guise of a retainer for legal services

to hide damaging information from voters.

Trump denies the affair and has pleaded not guilty.

Israeli troops withdrew from the northern Gaza city of Jabalia today,

but authorities are urging residents not to return to their homes.

They issued a notice warning citizens that troops left behind

drones that are firing at people. In a statement today the Israeli military said

troops are still targeting quote terrorist infrastructure and operatives in the

area.

Pictures from the central and western parts of the city show streets covered in rubble.

Most buildings collapsed or destroyed,

and the school and headquarters of the UN's main relief agency in Gaza used to shelter displaced

civilians burned.

The bodies of an American couple returned to the U.S. today after they were killed by a gang

in Haiti last week.
