Jerusalem residents are being advised to stock enough water and food for three days. The Jerusalem municipality has

issued instructions on what to do in the event of the city coming under attack.

It's the latest sign of growing tensions in the Middle East after three high-profile figures in

Iran-backed militant groups were killed in recent weeks.

Israel has claimed responsibility for two of those, but not the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismael Hania in Tehran this week.

Hania was buried in Qatar today. Iran blames Israel and has vowed revenge.

Hezbollah said it struck Israeli targets overnight near the Lebanese border with rockets

and artillery, but the Israeli military said the launches failed.

The UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East peace process called for de-escalation.

Vice President Kamala Harris has won enough votes from Democratic delegates to win the party's nomination for president,

and she says she's honored.

The DNC chair announced the update

during a virtual event for Harris's campaign this afternoon.

Harris's campaign got off to a strong

fundraising start bringing in 310 million dollars in July. That's more than

double the amount former President Donald Trump's campaign raised.

Most of that, more than $200 million,

was raised in the first week of Harris's candidacy.

Her campaign says 94% of donations fell under $200, a historical feat for grassroots funding for a presidential

candidate. Meanwhile, the value of Trump's stake in his social media company, Truth Social,
