It's still pitch black outside when Jeremy wakes the team to meet our helicopter in a field

at the edge of Boquete. We're headed deep into the jungle to continue our investigation into

the mysterious deaths of Chris and LaSan. We're flying to what we have been told is the women's

last known location on the banks of the Changinola River, also known as the Río Culebra.

Chris and LaSan's backpack washed up on the Río Culebra near the Ingabebougle village of

Altorromero two months after they disappeared. In the ensuing months, scattered remains belonging

to Chris and LaSan were found all along the banks of the same river.

It stands to reason Chris and LaSan made contact with that river. They may have camped there

or tried to cross it even died there. So that's where we're going, the Río Culebra, in the middle of a terrible storm.
