0:48.3	began. So it's been slightly more than a year but it was a year ago that we
0:52.9	released sort of how to how to navigate through this crisis. And here we are a
0:58.4	year later and part of what we want to talk about in this episode is what we
1:02.9	learned, what we achieved during this unprecedented year. Yeah, it it has felt
1:08.5	like a year. And then some in some ways it it's felt so much faster than that
1:14.6	but I was just reviewing some notes that I had and of course the stock market
1:19.7	crashed in the first two weeks of March dropping nearly 3,000 points by March
1:24.4	the 12th. I mean, I remember that day like so vividly I remember where I was
1:28.6	from where we were doing. You know, by I think that same day that's when the
1:33.4	president declared a national emergency. Remember that big address? That's
1:36.5	really what precipitated the stock market crash. We had those whispers of a
1:40.6	lockdown coming by the 13th in our office. We had paused hiring and closed the
1:45.4	office. And then by April the 2nd Tennessee was in a lockdown as was most of
