episode. So let's roll with our three more questions. Question number one, Mark is a leader who hates incrementalism. He believes that if you're only

growing 4 to 5% a year, someone else in your industry is going to beat you. One quote he shared

was this, the world is waiting for the next disruption. You don't have to let it be someone else.

It can be you if you aim big enough. David, what's the biggest goal you've ever set?

And how'd you go about getting there? Well, cool. I think the biggest goal I ever set was when I was

president of KFC. And when I went to KFC, the business had really been struggling.

And in fact, the same store sales declined for the last, I think, seven or eight years.

So we really needed to figure out how to start driving the top line.

And one of the things that I learned was that 90% of people used KFC once a year.

And so I said, you know what, we've got to really set a big goal on this front to get people thinking differently so we can figure out how to get people to come back in more often.
