0:18.1	Jimmy Kirchdorfer is a friend of yours and now a friend of mine.
0:22.4	He's a great guy.
0:23.3	And we're debriefing the conversation that you had with Jimmy.
0:26.0	He's the chairman and CEO of Isco Industries, which is an almost billion dollar company that you probably have never heard of.
0:36.6	Because they do, they started out as irrigation systems and now they do industrial piping.
0:41.8	So all of their products are underground.
0:44.4	So you probably never even seen an ISCO pipe.
0:46.8	But Jimmy is a fantastic leader.
0:48.8	And this conversation was so much fun.
0:50.8	Yeah, he's really excited about the growth that Isco is having and interestingly
0:56.0	in the left. You're right. People don't know that much about Isco, but they're going to be sponsoring
0:59.8	a PGA tour event in Louisville, Kentucky. You know, that's something that he's passionate about
1:05.6	because he's also an owner of Valhalla, a golf club in Louisville, and his family's been involved with golf
1:13.7	forever. And he's a great guy who knows how to make things happen in all aspects of his life,
1:20.8	at business, at home, and obviously at play as he pursues his real favorite sport, which is golf.
1:28.7	I always think it's so fascinating when a family business that starts pretty small
1:34.4	can grow to the scale that Isco is.
1:38.2	He and his brother took it over from their dad in the 90s.
1:41.2	And, you know, you think of a family irrigation system business in the 90s.
