0:13.6	Great to be with you, Kula. I'm looking forward to this three questions about Bob Jordan
0:18.4	and the podcast we did with him, the CEO of Southwest Airlines.
0:21.8	If you pay attention at all to what's happening in the airline business, specifically with Southwest,
0:26.8	they've been in the news quite a bit. And what I love about the way that Bob Jordan has led
0:33.1	through these challenges and, dare I say, criticism from customers and from his employees,
0:40.9	is that he has this really incredible ability to handle the reality with a great sense of
0:48.6	optimism and confidence.

0:51.0	I mean, he's had everything from activist investors getting into his business.
0:55.7	I think he has three former airline CEOs on his board.
0:59.9	Oh my gosh, I can't imagine having three restaurant CEOs on my board.

1:05.3	But he handles it all with optimism and the belief that he can learn from everybody

1:12.2	outcome for Southwest Airline and most importantly in his mind, the people that he has the

1:32.8	Question number one, we got to talk about it, the bags fly-free debacle. So back in November, when Southwest Airlines announced some of their
1:38.4	big changes that were to come, Bob got on camera and said that bags fly-free would not be going
1:43.6	away. Turns out, though, that it did go away and now Southwest charges baggage fees.
