Great to be with you, Kula. I'm looking forward to this three questions about Bob Jordan

and the podcast we did with him, the CEO of Southwest Airlines.

If you pay attention at all to what's happening in the airline business, specifically with Southwest,

they've been in the news quite a bit. And what I love about the way that Bob Jordan has led

through these challenges and, dare I say, criticism from customers and from his employees,

is that he has this really incredible ability to handle the reality with a great sense of

Question number one, we got to talk about it, the bags fly-free debacle. So back in November, when Southwest Airlines announced some of their

big changes that were to come, Bob got on camera and said that bags fly-free would not be going

away. Turns out, though, that it did go away and now Southwest charges baggage fees.
