but I know for a lot of people, they're struggling with depression right now, feeling a bit anxious,

overwhelmed with the holidays. With the holidays, as beautiful and joyous as they are, they're also very stressful

for a lot of people. I'd say most people are feeling super stressed around the holidays because

there's just so much that comes with it. There's financial obligations. There's family.

There's toxic family. There are relationship breakups. There are friendship breakups that happen.

Life just can feel a bit more heavy during the

holidays. So I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer over here, but I always keep it 100 with you. And I understand that, yes, it's a joyous time. And we love the season of Christmas. It's the season of giving. It's great. But with that, does come some stress, does come some anxiety, depression. And so the seasonal depression is a real thing. And if you're going through it right now, if you feel like you are just drowning, don't you worry, boo-boo, don't you fret. You have come to the right place.
