So I say all of that to say this.

We are in full C-Y-A mode because we literally, to this moment,

we're taping at 3 o'clock on Thursday afternoon.

We don't know because college athletic departments still don't know exactly how the NCAA is going to determine eligibility

based on everything that went happened, what happened yesterday in the federal court in Wheeling.

And by that, I mean, potentially they could charge a student athlete with using a year of eligibility if they in fact

do play in this 14-day window before the next hearing takes place on the 27th of December.

How's that for T's?

It sounds as if via some reporting that the NCAA isn't quite sure what's happening with the TRO and should

players be eligible. So it's it goes beyond the potential players affected, the potential teams

and schools affected. It might rise to the level of the actual organization itself isn't quite

clear on what's supposed to happen. Yeah. Well, if they want to come and do a straw poll here in West Virginia, they'll help them out with that.
