Summary

Waco, Texas has not been a friendly place for the West Virginia football team. The Mountaineers have just one victory in the city where Doctor Pepper was invented.

On Saturday, WVU will try to earn its second Waco win over the struggling Bears. It’s a matchup between two teams heading in different directions.

The Mountaineers have won three of their last four games, while Baylor has lost four straight. To make matters worse, the Bears will also be without starting quarterback Blake Shapen who suffered an injury in last week’s loss to TCU.
