as the garden comes to a close or a specific crop comes to maturity, can you save those

seeds in an easy way? Some plants are a little bit more labor-intensive or time

But there are some that are easier than others. There are some that won't have as much cross-pollination and just tend to be very easy to actually physically get the seeds out of.
