Hey, I hope you're doing good first and foremost I apologize for the potential bad audio with this episode. I'm actually currently in Mar Bayer in Spain.

I'm kind of in the room, the door is open and I'm looking over the terrace onto just over a load of roof tiles and I can see the Spanish flag waving in

the distance in front of the golf course and then behind that is to kind of the

Mediterranean Sea as well and I can just about sea Africa as well which is kind of wild so anyway

today I've got something really exciting to share with you because I'm in Marb eggs I'm running a retreat

so this is actually the third retreat that we ran this year.

The goal this year for 2022 was to run two, one in Dubai and one in Croatia.

And we did that and they were private.

They were for members of our 1%

club something that we launched in 2020 and we didn't we weren't able to

fulfill until this year due to COVID but we made a decision because they were so

successful to run one kind of quietly. We sent about two emails out and we filled it 35 people

20 different companies

Sorry 14 different countries represented and we met in Marba Spain and it was so so good. So I want to kind of go through some of the bingo moments and some of the things that I think are

going to help you especially as we close out the year of

2022 going into 2023. But before I do that first and foremost if you would like
