what are we doing about it? Like, how did you go from the concept of wanting to make this to where

we are now? Yeah. You know, I realized I myself had a problem and I wanted to start finding tools and tricks to

help myself get offline and start being more mindful in my own, you know, existence. And so honestly,

it was like a conversation with my therapist. And then we started talking about tools and tricks.

always we just want to like be locked in on something and have that dopamine at all times um but yeah
