Hour number two, Jeff Cabin showed 93, 3 real talk radio or champ TV on Alibation's Friday

great to be with you.

It's made our way over from four to states, luncheon for the start of spring football that

we alluded to in that first hour, an hour live, an hour good to go and we have some thoughts,

some reaction to all of it.

Good times.

Alright, so that said, let's get right to that, that was a lot of fun.

I always enjoy that, for those of you, let me set this up for you because it's not like

anything really that I've experienced in covering four to state 20 plus years.

This is the only staff, including Coach Boundstaff back in the day, that has ever had the

kind of really laid back, easy going opportunities for long form off the record discussions, get

to know you, see how you're wired, what you're about, kind of conversations with coaches.

And then you do on the record stuff too, but it all happens after Mike Norbell gives

his sort of state of the Union press conference, if you will, he's kind of talking about his

thoughts and his, I guess where he thinks the program is at what he's looking forward to

with spring football, he'll assess some of the newcomers, he'll assess the tour of duty

like he did again today, he'll talk a lot about what they're looking for and all that.

And then you go and you line up and you get your lunch and you sit down and there's

a bunch of tables set up and it's an opportunity to really talk with coaches and it's coaches

and media types mixing together and it could be a conversation about your family, it could
