| 2:17.0 | And then obviously the veteran players, whether they needed to lose weight because we saw a lot of guys out there that look a lot better. Could I Charlton, for example, looks a lot better than he did a year ago. |
| 2:27.0 | I thought he was a kid that had town a year ago, but every time I watched him, I thought, well, he can't do anything until you get some of that bad weight off you and he had a lot of bad weight. |
| 2:35.0 | He lost it. I saw that yesterday when we were out there watching him run around. He looks a lot more mobile. He's down a few LBs. I'm interested to find out how much there are other guys Patrick Peyton Tom mentioned him yesterday. Gotta get bigger. He's got the quickness. It's got a lot of what for two. He's a strong kid for his size. |
| 2:54.0 | But big boy football that play for championships see bigger stronger versions of Patrick Peyton and that's what he can become. I'm interested to see what his weight is. |
| 3:04.0 | That's the point today. We're going to find out exactly what they did as a team as they really put in the time and really put in the effort. It was cool to listen to Coach Storms yesterday as well. |
| 3:13.0 | I would think if you are a strength and conditioning coach and this is your time to shine. This is where you get the opportunity to mold this team that we think is going to have a great season. |
| 3:23.0 | Put them in a position to succeed. Earn your money. But also most of these guys I've ever encountered over the years. These strength and conditioning coaches. |
| 3:32.0 | First of all, they had a love of fitness. They had a love of strength. They had a love of making themselves better. It kind of led them to the field that they were in. They likely lifted heavy weights when they were in high school. |
| 3:42.0 | From there, they wanted to learn more about exercise physiology. They wanted to learn more about how to most effectively source proteins and do the kinds of things you need to do. |
| 3:54.0 | Put yourself in a position to get stronger or get leaner or get faster or whatever it might be in terms of functional strength and explosive movements. |
| 4:02.0 | But those guys usually went on down the road, got a master's and later on PhD and learned how the body works. |
| 4:10.0 | But you get a chance, because normally when you put that knowledge to work, you get a chance to watch. It's a grand experiment. |
