We're going to try to help her out this morning. So Ashley, tell us how you met Brent. We met at a convention for work. Okay. Do you work for the same company or? No, we don't work for the same company, but we're in the same industry. Okay, all right. So you met there.

We met there. We went out on a date, and we were discussing, like, grabbing another drink sometime. We exchanged numbers, no problem. And we were talking about going to a Rangers game in the future, but then I never heard from him again. Okay. So your date was after the convention you went and grabbed a drink. Is that correct? Exactly. Okay, and you're saying that you guys talked about having a second date? Yeah, we did. But that never happened? No, never. I haven't heard from him since. Well, let's have us give him a call, see if we can figure out what's going on, see if you get your second date, okay?

Yeah, I remember Ashley, yeah. Well, she said you guys, I guess you guys met at some type of a convention and then ended up going out and had a great time, but she says she hadn't heard from you since. Oh, yeah. I mean, to be honest, she kind of pissed me off a little bit.

That's probably why she hasn't heard from me.

What did she do to upset you?

So I actually told Ashley about a job that I was applying for, and she went ahead and applied

for it.

And after our date, I found out that she got the job. Oh. And because of that.

Yeah, it's kind of shady, right? I mean, come on. Like, have no, like, transparency to just be

up front. And also kind of like, what kind of person does that? Okay, we want to make sure we got

this right. So on the date, you talked to her about a job that you were applying for.

She said you guys were in the same field.

Yeah. And you're saying that after the date, she went out and applied for the job that you were applying for, and she ended up getting – you found out she got it. Yeah. And that's why you haven't contacted her afterwards. Yeah, I mean, it's pretty shady, and I think, like, what kind of person does that, you know?

And in the moment, she made it seem like she was disinterested in the job. She made no, she gave me no signals that she was interested or going to apply, and that's, I think, kind of like a backstabby move. Well, here's the deal. We didn't know any of that. She just said You guys went out and had a good time. She asked us to give you a call on her behalf. She's actually on the other line.

Can we bring her in on this conversation just to kind of hear her side of all this? Yeah, sure. I really want to hear what she has to say about this. Let's go. All right. Ashley, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Did you hear what Brent said? I did. I knew about this job before I even met him, and I had already applied before I even knew who he was.

So I didn't feel the need to discuss it during our day.

I thought that it would jeopardize the opportunity, and I don't feel like I owe him any explanation at that time.

I had just met him. Bull-b-b-boh. But how is that bullshit? You never said anything about it, so you knew this whole time? What? I knew that I had applied, and you were not the one that told me about the job. That's such bull-s-de-law. It's not like I took the job from you.
