| 1:52.8 | to come up with the actual legal wording that's what's going on right now. |
| 1:59.0 | And then following that we'll have the votes and then the signature by the president. |
| 2:03.9 | So in general terms, Americans who make up to 75,000 a year will get 1200 bucks. |
