That's not for the faint of heart. I got to tell you sometimes I watch workouts and I become the

Cremudge and the old man that played many moons ago and say well back when I played

These workouts were tougher than this I can tell you not I didn't think that this morning. I thought this morning

This looks like a bitch to get through is what I thought and

Those guys were putting in the work put it in and they have my admiration. I already know they're better athletes

But the work ethic and the toughness there

It was on display and I think they got to be proud as a staff that that's where they've gotten to this is where you wanted to be

I'll document that momentarily. It's not just the caliber of the athlete that they now have at most segment groups
