If you missed any of that, quarterback coach for Florida State talked indepthly about that segment group as we approach spring football later this week.

On Friday, Tom and myself will be over there at the luncheon along with the War Chant staff

and the collected assembled immediate to have the luncheon with the coaches.

And Mike and Ravel will have his press conference as he does every year for the start

of spring football.

And then we'll have an opportunity to sit down, eat, and talk to players and coaches, usually coaches. And this, it's always fun, and I look forward to it. You'll glean something. You know, they open-door policy allows us and helps us certainly provide context and insight as camp gets underway. So I'm appreciative of that. I don't ask that we say that.

I just want to note that I am because I think, frankly, it does, good or bad, certainly

allow us to paint a picture. And that's what you want, right? You want an opportunity to talk

about players that are emerging and players that don't seem to be

ready and those in between that will be monitoring closely. I would suspect that this will be

the most competitive spring since Mike Norvell has come on board. He's had the vet the roster

try to flip it, do lots of things that would encourage competition. But it's the first time that

we've built up to a point now where maybe there are enough guys in each segment group that are fighting for starting

jobs that we'll see a more intense product in the spring. I think that's true at receiver.
