off by potentially your friendly banker or insurance agent.

to stay and renovate instead of move to another home because they're locked in really low

mortgage rates, I want to tell you some things you need to do to make sure you protect yourself

through the renovation process.

So it's a happy thing instead of one that makes your wallet poorer and your house not

better.

So I talked recently on the show about a buying service called Zebit, ZBIT.

And I talked about my unhappiness with Zebit as an outlet that promotes 0% interest on purchases

you make from them.

But my feeling is that they're not clear with what the ultimate price is going to be till

late in the process.

And the prices for so many of their items are way above street price, which you might pay

somewhere else.

So 0% interest isn't really 0% interest.

The Zebit folks have been unhappy with how I characterize their business and feel like

I casted an unfair light.
