Today, I'm yesterday, just getting the finishing touches on our program

for Thursday, May 18th, the first time we will

Premier Street Academy. It's going to be good. It's going to be

emotional class, man. It's going to be really intense. So the guys

were coming, we have 45 guys coming, looking forward to having it.

It's going to be the first time we put this program together

and get it out there should be really really good and hopefully it works out real nice but

I'm sitting here with man I gotta give these guys something today and I thought it's something really cool that I've used before it was 2A4a dash 35 release of juvenile on

own recognizance now I've mentioned this people like you know you can release a

juvenile on their own recognizance of the right circumstances this people like you know you can release the juvenile in their

own their own or cognizance of the right circumstances and people like no way

now I don't know if this conflicts with the Bail Reform Act then it just may but if it

doesn't and the Bail Reform Act has nothing, you guys know better than I do, has no burden upon the juvenile justice system.

This is a great tool and I've actually used this twice in my career.
