It was deep it was really deep so I just finished coming out of a 45-day silent Vapocative meditation course.

I meditate in the Sengue-Goyenga tradition, so it's a rigorous tradition.

Like we're meditating 11 hours a day.

And we spent, so it was 45 days,

so the first 15 days, we were doing the practice of Anapana.

And Anapana is when you're being aware of the natural respiration.

And when you do that, it really calms and concentrates the mind.

So you have a lot of time to develop concentration.

And then we switch over for the last 30 days

to practice Papasana, which is you observing reality

within the framework of the body to gain wisdom.
