We've heard about her through a number of our guests and this will be the first episode where

Rose has actually written our notes and she did quite a job. As we met Amanda we realized that Rose knew the content better than any of us and so I said hey write the notes for this one so there's that that's a big help when that happens I don't know about you Jason but I can barely keep my head

above water anymore. Well we're busy let's just put it that way. Well we're

People often suggest people that we should consider having on and I don't remember how long ago it was I saw your name but it was quite a while actually

but looks like you've been having a tough time where you are up in the great white north like Clive DeCoral

constantly under the gun for simply trying to do healthy things from what I understand was it your government that snatched your your domain for your

website is that correct? Yeah faction of the government called

Health Canada which is really a misnomer for what they do but they just decided on a Friday to take the domain and we're having to try to

get it back and they are very slow to respond and so probably a few weeks before we even figure out why.
