not going to make a lot of sense to people that listen to this down the road but we are recording

on an easter afternoon so and we are going to be finishing a three-part series today

focused on the topic of women and authority. We are specifically referencing a really,

really beautiful chapter in Maxine Hanks' book, Women and Authority, reemerging Mormon

feminism. And the chapter that we have been really focusing on and exploring is Meg Wheatley's chapter titled

An Expanded Definition of Priesthood, Some Present and Future Consequences. So in episodes

one and two of this little three-part series, we started talking about how one can tell

what an organization values by the nature of how they structure themselves.
