We have Dr. Jacob Glenville as our guest and our co-host, John LeBlanc.

How are you doing, Dr. Jacob Glenville?

I'm doing great, Jason. Thanks for having me on. And John, how are you doing? Doing fantastic.

Excited to be here. So John's in Michigan. He's really excited about this show for all the listeners

and viewers out there. You guys are definitely in for a treat. But Dr. Glenville, let's introduce

yourself. Tell us who you are,

what you've been working on, and where you're at right now. Sure. So, yeah, I'm Jake Glanville.

I'm the founder, CEO, and president of distributed bio. Also, the spentout we're creating

called Centivax. We have been working since 2012 when I launched the company with two friends

to develop new antibody-based therapeutics. These are broad spectrum vaccines and engineered

antibodies that do a better job than our bodies would do at fighting pathogens, which conveniently

means this year we are applying our technologies to the novel coronavirus.

So we're spinning out Cinevacs, which is holding that new therapeutic.

We just had multiple national laboratories confirm that that anybody is super potent at neutralizing viruses.

But then also the really exciting thing is that it protects hamsters from getting coronavirus.

So if a hamster gets our anybody, it's chilling. And so right now we're now moving that forward. We're happy to report that hamsters no longer have to worry about the coronavirus, and for them the process is over. But the exciting thing, of course, is humans, and that's what we're moving towards next. That is so cool. And I know that you're on the Netflix show pandemic, correct? Yeah, that was pretty crazy.
