Summary

i ask myself over and over again

"why does everyone want to be an influencer so bad?"

because i know far more people in "real life" outside of social media that are NOT "influencers" on instagram that are successful and have built incredible things for themselves and their families!

I'm really diving back into the podcast thing with a topic that's like pretty sticky.

0:35.9

This topic of social media influencer, it kind of like has affected my life. Okay, it's affected my life in a lot of ways because a lot of people put me in the category of a social media influencer. And it kind of sets them up for

2:22.2

Oh, well, she just did it because she has a social media following. She's an

2:26.8

influencer. All right? So then everyone wants to become an influencer because they think that that's how you get successful.

2:36.0

This is what I really want to talk about right now and this is what I want to like, I don't know how many people out there or how many quote unquote

2:47.4

influencers may get offended by this and this absolutely is not my intention at all. Maybe there's someone who has really

2:58.7

really been putting forth the effort to become or build a social media following to be an influencer.
