Now it's pretty cool. I mean we have a lot of a lot of cool talk

check out and people are talking about some new things. Actually yeah I really liked Robles, talking about how he's running the gym now and I thought

that was cool, some different things he hasn't really talked about in the past, so a lot more practical

information for people people pretty different from

the ancestral health symposium which was more like Uber nerdy science stuff yeah

stuff I wouldn't understand yeah well what's, let's see what's cool though is too.

We have a lot of, seems like a lot of gym owners, a lot of just, you know, cross-bitter

kind of walking around and mingling with everyone everyone so that's been really...
