I know it can be a tough time for people and you know if you are struggling there is nothing like the new year to inspire a fresh start, a fresh

attitude, fresh perspective, new habits, all of that.

So that is what the focus of this episode will be specifically habits and routines so I know

we probably don't need another New Me episode but after the year I had and the polls that I did on Instagram, it seemed

like you guys wanted to know the best and the worst of habits and routines, some lessons,

and all of that from this past year. I'm going to talk about all of that,

also what I'm taking with me into the New Year, so I will say at the top here that I have been

everywhere on the spectrum of rigidity when it comes to habits.

If you've been following me for a long time, you know I used to be very regimented and, shall we say say obsessive when it came to my wellness routines and then I

swung over to the other end of the spectrum where I was very lax kind of as a response to all of that rigidity and then I kind of slowly

Rebuilt my habits to where they are now which is very much in the middle and the things that I do now are just the things that support my wellness and make me feel my very best.

There is some discipline involved but it's not obsessive and I think my habits and routines are very organic they come very naturally to me
