doing awesome how are you brent awesome so you've got you've got a bunch of projects going on you've got

you a lot of irons in the fire right now of of actual deals that you're developing and wholesaling

flipping all those type of thing so So walk me through, Jerry.

I think people would be interested to know kind of what it looks like from your,

from like your perspective and your like daily schedule.

How does that look because you are in Tennessee and these deals are all over the country?

So how does that happen and how do you trust people enough to get things done to where you don't have to micromanage them? Great question. I mean, I'm still feeling like I'm trying to figure that out every single day. But, you know, that's the point, I think, is you try to figure out how to stay out of the weeds and stay up at the high levels. And, you know,

sometimes I'm great at it. Sometimes I get sucked down in the weeds. And so it's just a constant

battle. Now, but you have to be always focusing on staying up out of the day-to-day operations

as a business leader, as a entrepreneur, because the business will take everything.

It will suck everything.
