patriarchy and how patriarchy, the system of patriarchy actually impacts and wounds

and stagnates the development of men. And I think this is a really, really important topic,

something that I have been, I dove deeply into a few months ago and I

really haven't submerged myself. Submerged? Immersed. I've immersed myself, but I haven't popped back up.

What's the right word for that? I'm still drowning. I'm still drowning. I felt like there was a

better word for that, but I'm still just, I'm swimming around in it. And it turns out that the more I learn about it and the more I read about it,

the more I'm making sense of how really important this is to talk about for many reasons,

but one of the reasons is if we want to heal our system and heal ourselves,

heal our families, heal our marriages, and invite our institution itself to become a place of
