Welcome to MCU fan show episode 284. My name is Sean Gerber.

On this episode I'm going to spend most of my time talking about the latest release

date reshuffling for Marvel Studios.

I am also going to share at the very end

my non-spoiler review for the first two episodes

of Marvel Studios Secret Invasion, which is going to be

premiering next week on June 21st on Disney Plus.

I will begin, however, with some news regarding Tino Shuerta,

as some of you may be aware within the past week

Elena Rios accused Tinozuerta of sexual assault and called him a sexual

predator on Twitter. Tinoz Huerta then earlier this week, releasing a statement on his own social media

also issued a statement to the trades vehemently denying Rios' claims, calling them, quote,

false and completely unsubstantiated, end quote.

Huerta claims that he and Rios had a consensual relationship for several months that

ended about a year ago.

According to Huerta, after the relationship ended, Rios,

quote, began to misrepresent our interactions

both privately and in front of groups of mutual friends,

end quote.

Per his statement, Huerta engaged a legal team
