Hey guys, the topic of this episode is, my ex is so happy I'm not. I hear this

so often, people saying how happy their ex is and how they're not. Then I say,

well how do you know they're so happy? And they say, because I can see on their

social media, or I talk to our mutual friends about it, then I say, why in that

how are you still paying attention to their social media? Why haven't you cut

those ties or blocked them? And why is this a topic of conversation with your

mutual friends? If you want to move on from a breakup, how would you ever heal if

you keep your ex's top of mind? Really? How are you gonna heal if everything

you're focusing on has to do with your ex? How happy are they? What are they

doing today? Looking for clues? Blah blah blah. And by now I think we all know

that you can't pinpoint a person's true level of satisfaction by photos on
