and the best-selling author of a fascinating book called Quench. And that's what we're going to

0:18.5

talk about today. We're going to cover all things hydration.

0:26.5

Dana, welcome. Thank you for having me.

0:29.7

So, hydration. Huge topic. We don't talk enough about it at the highest level.

0:36.8

Why the subject of hydration for you? Why water? And how do we do it better?

0:45.1

1:43.3

started telling me about it, I just looked at her. I said, oh my god, I've been searching for my book.

1:47.3

I know the importance of hydration from my patients. I said, do you want to write this book? She said,

1:52.5

yes. And that's when we really started to dive into the research. And when I committed to it,

1:59.8

I was like, oh my god, what did I get myself into? Because it's way more complicated than I ever

2:03.6

imagined. But it turns out that it is, and I say this in every podcast, the single most important
