0:05.6	nuclear family, and help students uncover this new knowledge that their identity is much more
0:10.6	complex than they realized before.
0:26.3	Hey, friends, maybe you have heard of social emotional learning.
0:27.4	It sounds good, right?
0:29.2	We want our kids to be social.
0:33.8	We want them to be emotionally healthy and balanced, and we want them to learn in a healthy environment.
0:34.6	But in today's podcast, we're going to really lift the lid off of what
0:38.4	social-emotional learning is and reveal the dark side of this really positive-sounding phrase.
0:43.9	And this is, by the way, something that is in virtually all public schools and many Christian
0:49.4	schools. In fact, as we'll discover in today's podcast, there are even some organizations
0:53.9	that are Christian
0:54.6	organizations that have adopted officially social emotional learning policies. And we're
1:00.1	going to discuss all the things, how social emotional learning can actually act as a conduit for
1:05.7	the critical theories, things like critical gender theory, critical queer theory, critical
1:09.8	race theory to be brought right
1:12.1	into the classroom and ultimately is leading our kids to be weaker and emotionally less stable
1:18.6	while undermining the gospel at the same time. We have Elizabeth Urbanois with us, who is the
