So if you are sitting to this and you're a 9 to 5 and you absolutely hate it, you're spending 40 hours a week doing more work than your paid to let's be honest about it and you're wondering if it actually even matters or maybe you're listening to this and you've been working tirelessly on your business feeling totally exhausted and wondering if all the effort is actually going to read the reward or not listen I get it because that was exactly me I've been in both those positions and I know what you're dealing with

right now and let me just share from a different point of view and from a timeline in your future and just say back to you like you deserve to love the work that you do every day and you deserve to be happy in your life and you deserve not to have to worry about money every month and you should be able to take control of your earning potential and it really is just plain long that you're living each day choosing between your family and your personal life or your career and your finances

and I just want to be a voice that says that does not have to be the rest of your life and that does not have to be how you choose to live and I just want to hold space for everyone going through this because I know it feels like there isn't a light at the end of the tunnel but there really is and you can create a change you are an amazing powerful woman and you deserve to stand in your power you get to quit your job if that's what you want to do get to move on from your situation if it's no longer serving you you get to change your business model and start over to your business model

and I really want you to in this moment just take a second to acknowledge your ability to make a change that's what you really need to do because when you commit to making a change that's when that first domino topos and you can start seeing the effects after that the second thing I just want to hold space for is to get in your confidence back you may have had it before you may have lost it or you may have never had it before at all but if you're going to change your circumstances you need to believe in yourself enough and you get to choose to be comfortable with it

it's not always easy but I really do believe that confidence starts with a choice we know that competence breeds confidence and sometimes we're not competent

sometimes we just have to figure out we have to make mistakes we have to do all these things but I get it and it's okay but if you choose to have the confidence to make the change that is going to set you apart from other people in the situation

and help you actually create the life that you really want and lastly after you decide to make a change and you have the confidence to make the change

you're definitely going to need some connection because one of the things that NASA and I noticed when we were first starting out in businesses that we were really

freaking lonely as entrepreneurs it was really miserable and I totally get it and that's why we created the society for all of these things

so that we could provide a place for women to feel supported to meet other like minded women and to go on this journey together

so this is just my message to you if you have felt like you want to leave your 95 if you have felt like giving up on your business

because it isn't where you thought it would be like don't fret there was a support network there was a community there was education with a proven framework that is going to help you through this every single month of the society

we have women just like you going from start up to six figures making their first 10k making their second 10k all of these things are achievable

none of us here are super special or geniuses but we just had the confidence and they want to start
