0:19.8	know, I don't have any regrets because of the way that I was able to kind
0:23.0	of bounce back from a tough start in that season and able to regain my
0:26.4	footing and get my best wrestling in the end. And, you know, I left that
0:29.9	torn with a fourth place finish, but, you know, I knew that I was good
0:34.8	enough to hang with the best guys.
0:40.1	We can endure anything and adapt and pivot and change.
0:45.7	Wrestling gave us that ability. I would say nothing in life is impacted
0:49.5	me or the things wrestling has taught me in terms of self reflection,
0:54.3	resilience, toughness. Some guys have it, some guys don't.
0:58.2	Adversity, 100% how to pick myself up and be a man after I failed.
1:03.6	And everything that is shaped my life and what I'm at today would not be
1:08.9	there without the values and basically the lessons I've learned to the
1:12.8	sport of wrestling. For me, wrestling is a normal life because it allowed
1:16.4	me to focus and channel my energy.
1:20.2	Well, fortunate if you wrestled because if you wrestled, natural talent helps,
1:26.4	but it's it's 5% of the ingredients. It pales in comparison to heart and
1:32.6	technique and effort. It humbled me, taught me humility. Nothing can
