intentional mind podcast so the intentional mind podcast and it's really about helping people intentionally design their life and I talk a lot about the brain's role and achieving our goals and aligning your habits and your systems with your overall vision and who you want to be.

before you invested in P2P,

like what were the fears or the thoughts

that were scrolling through?

The big thing for me was having the time to do it and making the time just because of

everything else that's going on in my life with my other job and like you know

managing my household and all the things that was a big thing for me and just making the investment and knowing that it was it was going to pay off for me because like a lot of times you know when you're investing in a program you're like am I going to follow through am I going to do the work am I going to do the work?
