Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and dot com. Happy Thanksgiving to you. I hope you have an amazing

day with your family and your friends. We've got Brendan Bershard on the show

today. I love Brendan. He tells the very best stories and it was probably going

to sound a little weird, but I really think that the world would be a completely

different place if everybody had a near death experience. You know, I had mine.

Oh gosh, I was probably 22. I don't want to tell the whole story, but you know,

to be feeling okay one day and then a few hours later to literally feel like I

was dying and I have a doctor say, you know, what you've got going on here is

life threatening. And we're going to put you on antibiotics and see how things

turn out and did it. And like to really be in that situation and go, whoa, this

could be it. And to look back on life and be like, yo, did I did I max this

thing out? Did I really take advantage of the time that I had? And just

understanding that the time that we have here is finite and that it can end at

any time who to know that and to feel that to really, really feel that to

really change how you see your life. And I don't want anybody to get to the

very end of their life, the real end of their life to ask the questions that

Brendan presents today. You know, did you live? Did you truly live? Did you love
