My name is Greg Klunis and in this episode I just want to break down the three super simple,

super basic things you can do to get yourself motivated, excited, and

pumped up. And yes, I know those are all three different words for the exact same thing,

but that's what you're going to be feeling

after you use these three strategies.

And one of the things I've noticed for myself

is that it's really difficult to actually talk about

this in my upcoming book called Tiny Leaps Big Changes by the way but it's really difficult to get ourselves to start

something and it's not as hard to keep ourselves doing something.

Now I like to refer back to a principle in physics actually that in that it's harder

to get an object moving than it is to keep it moving.

If you're trying to roll a boulder or something like that,

it's much, much harder.

It requires more physical force from you to push it forward

to get that first bit of movement than it is to keep it movement,

keep it in motion.

And that's how I think about productivity.

It's always harder to start than it is to continue doing it once you've

gained that identity. And so that brings up the question, well how do we, how do we get over that initial hump?
