And it's been a little while since we talked about values.

I remember back in the day I used to sabotage the heck out of myself.

At all these different goals, I would try really hard to make them happen and then in the

end they just wouldn't happen.

I would sabotage it.

And the reason why I sabotaged it is because it just wasn't that important to me.

What I was striving for was not high in my hierarchy of values.

It wasn't a core value for me.

And when we have goals that are not in alignment with our values, we will sabotage ourselves
