| 0:57.6 | So I would say a little over a month ago at this point maybe 40 or 45 days I decided I'm gonna commit and do Whole30. |

| 1:06.3 | Whole 30 is a diet, let's call it, |

| 1:11.9 | let's call it a diet. It this episode let's call it a diet |
| 1:13.0 | it's a diet that forces you to eliminate basically anything |
| 1:17.3 | processed any added sugars and many grains and beans and so on so forth as well. |
| 1:24.0 | So even some natural things you're not allowed to have. |
| 1:26.6 | And the purpose of it is actually not about weight loss. |
| 1:30.2 | The real purpose of it is about helping you to identify the foods that affect your energy levels, |
| 1:36.2 | affect your bloating that you might be reacting to in negative ways, but that we aren't aware of because they're often mixed in with |
| 1:45.6 | other foods and so you strip your diet back to the bare basics like basically just vegetables and meat and fruit. |
| 1:55.0 | You strip it back to the bear bear basics and then from there you start to slowly |
| 2:00.8 | add back in something. |
| 2:02.9 | So it's kind of a cleanse, kind of a diet. |
