I hope you are excited to eat good food, to just eat it up, live it up. I know that I'll be making a huge

vegan Thanksgiving tomorrow. My mom's in town, her husband's in town, and we're just going to have the best time eating food,

having vegan pumpkin pie, still going on Hocker Walks and getting my workout in because I am

still doing 75 hard. I'm in phase two, which is only 30 days. And my diet is hitting 100 grams

of protein a day. I also, okay, so for this one I did, because you get to

pick your own diet. I did 100 grams of protein per day and I'm vegan. So that's my goal every single

day. And then the other part of my diet is that I eat three meals a day, breakfast, lunch,

dinner. Because to be totally honest, like I am usually like such a random eater, you know, I'll eat like in the morning. I'll have like my

water. I'll have my magic mind. I'll have a coffee, right? So we do all of that. And then I'll have

like vegan sausage patties maybe or a protein shake. Maybe. Especially if I go to the gym,

I'll have a protein shake after. But then I wouldn't really eat lunch and I would have like a random snack like hummus and then I have a big dinner with a lot of protein. Like when I'm,

when I'm not on 75 hard. So it's very random and that's not enough fuel for my body. And also it's

really good for your body to be eating at the same time every single day and to be constantly nourishing your body, especially for somebody
