Summary
Did you know that your business and exercising have a lot in common?
After all the holiday festivities, maybe you've stepped up your workout regimen.
And if so, you know that one concept that is extremely vital in exercise is FORM.
In fact, it is way more important than the intensity, frequency, or weight that you can lift.
However, what's fascinating is that the same thing applies to our businesses.
We start off the year by taking massive action. We do more, more, and more… more presentations, more social media postings, and talk to more people.
But here's the problem…
We are so focused in getting a number (quantity) that we sacrifice form (quality), which fundamentally leads to failure.
Know this -- you'll never see sustainable success and freedom by just focusing on quantity.
In this episode, I discuss why you should focus on quality over quantity and why having good FORM is key to business success.
