Well, this week's story takes us to Buffalo, New York, and listener Cheryl, who sent in a story of an experience in a seemingly ordinary apartment building.

I should have let you read that forest like Rod Serling.

But it involves a persistent, intensely localized floral scent and something far more unsettling.

Yeah, I remember this story from the batch of Halloween submissions we got.

Yeah, it came in in 2023. Yeah, and unfortunately came in after the deadline.

But we did read them all and we categorize them.

And we said, like, this is pretty good.

We're going to use this one day.

And here we are.

But what I love is the description about it. And yeah, I remember the bullet points of the story and especially the little button at the end, as we like to call it.

But we often hear about phantom scents.

Yes.

In haunted locations and even not haunted locations or just, it was grandma and her perfume.

It's very distinctive.
