Hey, Caitlin, thank you so much for joining us here today. Thanks for having me. I would love to start off and just hear kind of your experience working inside education as a teacher.

Sure. So I was probably the textbook definition of a teacher. I was a brand new first year teacher.

I ended up actually leaving my hometown,

moving across the country to North Carolina, getting my first job right out of the gate,

took over a classroom in January. I graduated in December, so I jumped right into a classroom.
