You, like the rest of us, are subject to bad moods.

Our moods are in a constant state of flux and can be affected by many factors, including

whether or not we've eaten.

How much sleep we have or have not gone.

The quality or lack thereof of the sleep we did get.

Any physical pain or discomfort we may be suffering from.

It's easy to get down on ourselves, even if it's unfair, unreasonable or unhelpful to
