yo I love it welcome to wholesale hotline 268. Today we've got Gordon Mac opening up the show with a little bit of talk trash in the side chat saying we are late again. And you are right. We are late today. And the reason we're late is because we are running a meeting in the other room all about a wholesale association

that we are starting in Arizona, trying to combat the real estate agent association,

the National Association of Realtors, NAR, that is trying to take wholesaling and make it illegal across the country.

I think that we are now somewhere around 15 states that have some sort of legislation.

They're making it harder and harder and harder for people to wholesale, at least the old

traditional way.

Of course, there's always creative ways to do wholesaling, whether it's double closing or buying

an LLC or doing creative finance, like the takedown method and some of those types of things. But today, Brent's over in a meeting, Jamil's in a meeting, and Jerry's in a meeting. So I get to hang out and control the show myself. I am having so much fun this last couple of weeks. Let me catch you to speed i actually have matt have Maddie with me. Maddie, I might bring you up on the show here in a little bit, but not right now. I have a lady that reached out to me a couple of weeks ago, sent me an email and said, Hey, Pace, my name is Maddie. And I live in a shelter here in Mesa, Arizona, and I'm hoping to get your help.

I want to become a real estate investor, but I don't have anything other than a super high

level of excitement.

And I replied back, and I said, I'd love to help you out as long as I can record it, document

it, and give it away to the world so that they can also find the same success that I will

help you find through this game plan. And Maddie came back and said, absolutely. So Maddie,
