Summary

Hi Beauties!

On this week’s episode of Beauty Bytes with Dr. Kay: Secrets of a Plastic Surgeon, I am excited to be joined by the founder of Body Synergy Physical Therapy, Leizl Adolphi! We talk about how to improve body ergonomics, and explain the best daily stretching routines. Because of quarantine, most of us are working from home which is exacerbating neck and back problems. We cover what you might be doing at your desk, and the best way to fix the problem at hand. Tune in to hear us talk about vibration massagers, stretches, core exercises, and more ! I hope the Beauty Bytes enjoy this episode and find it informative! Have a question or something you’d like covered on the podcast? Send me a DM or email [email protected]
